On Monday, October 10th I took a drive up to the Duluth area to get some pictures of, and just to enjoy the fall colors. It's about a 2 1/2 hour drive to get up there. My first stop was the Jack Cook State Park. It is located about 12-15 miles south of Duluth. I had never been there before and I really only knew about it from spotting it on a map as I was looking at a map for driving directions. After Jack Cook, I headed back up the road and went about 20-25 miles north of Duluth to Gooseberry Falls.
